St Edward’s Primary School will celebrate ‘Catholic Schools Week’ starting Monday 2nd March 2020. St Edward’s are looking forward to celebrating all the great things about the school with current or prospective students, families and the community.
This year St Eddies has 62 students enrolled, 11 great staff members and 42 local families that love getting involved in all that St Eddies has to offer.
There is so much to be proud of and everyone associated with St Eddies needs to be congratulated for contributing to the positive learning experiences and to the engaging environment in which the students learn in.
On Monday 2nd March the Year 6 Leaders will enjoy the Young Leaders Day Conference in Sydney at the International Conference Centre. There will be five speakers on the day including John Coutis, Erin Molan, Bianca Chatfield, Solli Raphael and Rove McManus who will entertain and inspire the students with their life stories.
St Edward’s is currently taking enquiries and enrolments for the Kinder class for 2021 and are also planning the ‘Little Saint’s’ Kindergarten Orientation Program set to commence during Term 3.
St Edward’s Primary School have recently had renovations within the school and would love to share them with the Canowindra and surrounding communities. The school is looking forward to sharing with visitors strategies they use to assist students to develop their literacy and numeracy skills, the use of technology devices to enhance and engage learning, and the involvement of students in special lessons such as robotics, music, gym and creative play.
