The Canowindra Business Chamber and Progress Association are proud to announce a great community event that all Canowindra residents are invited to.
On Saturday 23rd July 2022 a Christmas in July Progressive Dinner will be held in the Village enticing people to get out and about during winter.
The entrée will be served by the local CWA ladies at the CWA Rooms in Blatchford Street at 5pm. Following this a Christmas themed main course will be served at The Old Vic Inn at 6.30pm followed by a delicious dessert at Melissa Barber Galleries and Café.
Following on from the dinner there will be live music by “Sik As” at Canowindra Services Club and a complimentary glass of Antonio’s Shiraz served to all dinners.
“The CBPA are excited to host this event to support the local hospitality businesses in Canowindra,” said CBPA President Antonio D’Onise.
“July is obviously a cold month and traditionally people stay at home instead of dining out so we thought this is a way of getting locals out and about and socialising during winter,” continued Mr D’Onise.
“Traditionally our Christmas Shopping event in November supports the retail businesses in Canowindra, so we thought a Progressive Dinner in July is a great way to support a number of hospitality businesses in Canowindra,” Mr D’Onise said.
Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased online at www.123tix.com.au or will be available to purchase from Canowindra Services Club from today (Thursday) until sold out.
“We have ensured that tickets are available to people wishing to attend who do not have access to online purchasing by making them available to purchase at Canowindra Services Club,” said Mr D’Onise.
The ticket price will give you a three course meal, live entertainment and a glass of wine as well as providing an opportunity for the CWA and CBPA to raise funds so that the town can progress into the future.
Don’t delay in purchasing your ticket as they are selling fast!
