COVID-19 hasn’t been kind to the hospitality industry, yet there are ways businesses are being creative in order to serve their customers. Canowindra Hotel is currently offering takeaway meals from Thursdays through to Sundays from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. They have a full menu on offer with the exception of a small handful of items due to the pandemic. All prices are staying the same. Hotel Manager, Sam Kerwick said they’re trying to change things up, and are offering a different special every night.
This week they have:
Thursday: $15 Beer battered fish, chips & salad. Still their delicious barramundi just portioned into a lighter size.
Friday: $25 Crispy skin pork belly, served with potato bake and vegetables. Sam said this is an old menu favourite for people who have missed it.
Saturday: $12 pizzas. All their yummy pizzas will be available for an irresistibly low price. Sam suggests everyone get in quickly as they will sell out fast.
There are also plenty of specials at their bottleshop.
Delivery is available for all items from the Hotel. Free delivery for all orders over $75, and $5 fee for all orders below $75. All deliveries from 8pm due to staffing.
