
Voters acoss the state will head to the polls this weekend for the 2024 NSW Local Government Elections.
The NSW Local Government Elections are held every four years, and the 2024 elections will be held this Saturday 14th September 2024. Voting in this election is an opportunity to determine nine representatives who form the elected body that governs Council. Voting is compulsory.
There are 10 candiates running for the nine available positions on Cabonne Council, including:

• Peter Batten, Garra
• Marlene Nash, Manildra
• Andrew Rawson, Nashdale
• Jamie Jones, Molong
• Kevin Beatty, Molong
• Jennifer Weaver, Canowindra
• Kathryn O’Ryan, Moorbel
• Andrew Pull, Canowindra
• Aaron Pearson, Molong
If you can’t make it to a polling place on Election Day due to other commitments, pre-polling is open until Friday, 13th September at Cabonne Community Centre, 98 Bank Street, Molong from 9am – 5pm.
